I do enjoy the design and feel of it but when it came in it was very firm, I tried the warm water trick as instructed and it did soften them up a bit but still somewhat firm. Might have to try again.

Slippers are comfortable! Sometimes they do stick to tile floor & carpet which is dangerous. Almost fell a few times. One shoe has a slight over hang at the entrance of shoe. Didn't want to bother with hassle if returning to get correct shoe. I did try to cut with scissors some of overhang but stop for fear of making it worse. Considering buying more because they are comfortable just a little leary due to Sometimes sticking to tile floor & carpet.
